I do hope you are thinking about purchasing this product, because it is really cute and amazingly sturdy and well made. The green color I bought is a bit brighter and more lemon green than spring green, which is what it looked like on my screen. Regardless, it was a really nice set up. Well made fabric liner, the cushion is very thick and well constructed, very squishy, for my little terrier.
So, I contacted the company saying that while I loved their product, it didn’t fit my bike properly. No fault of theirs. I fully expected to be met with issues, or at least a bit of a push to not return the product, which I often find with other businesses. Ok, here’s where the customer service was great. So I purchased the product, it was shipped well, and they even included some home made paw cream, which I think is one of their newest products. It also included a hand written note, thanking me for purchasing. As soon as I realized that the basket wouldn’t work, I contacted them, asking to return the product. Not only did they offer to accept the product, but they went out of their way to offer alternative ways the basket could work. Sent me this part and that part, via email, and offered fitting advice. I declined, they also offered that since shipping is so much, to keep the item, no charge!! Can you believe that? I declined, if only so that they could resell the item. I would say that to up the customer satisfaction, to pay for or to have a pre-paid return label would really help. I ended up returning the item, for about $20US, which isn’t too much, so I think I mentioned that to the owner in some feedback. Offer a pre-paid return label, heck, even take off $8.00US for shipping, like a lot of companies do. Regardless, this is a great basket, very sturdy and well made and the customer service was out of this world. Enjoy!
